Publication Ethics

This Journal is committed to maintaining the integrity and quality of scientific publications. Therefore, all parties involved in the Journal's publication process—authors, editors, reviewers, and editor-in-chief—are required to uphold ethical publication values.

Ethical Standards for Editors-in-Chief

  1. Responsible for ensuring that the entire publication process adheres to the principles of transparency and scientific accountability.
  2. Maintaining an honest publication system, including maintaining the independence of editors and reviewers.
  3. Providing a platform to support the professional and fair handling of ethical complaints and academic misconduct.
  4. Ensuring that articles are published solely based on their scientific quality and contribution, rather than on commercial grounds.

 

Ethical Standards for Editors

  1. Editors are responsible for all published content and must ensure that the article selection process is conducted fairly, objectively, and professionally.
  2. Editors are not permitted to publish their own articles in journals they manage.
  3. Editors are required to maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and not misuse unpublished information for personal gain.
  4. Editors must reject manuscripts that are found to contain plagiarism or other violations of academic ethics.
  5. Editors are responsible for maintaining transparent communication with authors and reviewers.

 

Ethical Standards for Reviewers (Mitra Bestari)

  1. Reviewers assist editors in assessing the scientific quality of manuscripts and recommending acceptance, revision, or rejection.
  2. Reviewers must provide their assessments objectively, constructively, and promptly, without being influenced by personal or professional relationships.
  3. Reviewers are prohibited from retaining or distributing the contents of manuscripts under review.
  4. Reviewers must disclose to the editor any conflicts of interest they may have while reviewing a particular article.

 

Ethical Standards for Authors

  1. Authors must guarantee that the submitted article is original work, free from plagiarism, and not currently under consideration for publication in another journal.
  2. Articles must be written with scientific honesty, present data and information objectively, and cite references appropriately.
  3. All parties who have made significant contributions to the article must be listed as authors.
  4. If a substantial error is found in a published article, the author must immediately notify the editor for correction or retraction.
