This Journal is committed to maintaining the integrity and quality of scientific publications. Therefore, all parties involved in the Journal's publication process—authors, editors, reviewers, and editor-in-chief—are required to uphold ethical publication values.
Ethical Standards for Editors-in-Chief
- Responsible for ensuring that the entire publication process adheres to the principles of transparency and scientific accountability.
- Maintaining an honest publication system, including maintaining the independence of editors and reviewers.
- Providing a platform to support the professional and fair handling of ethical complaints and academic misconduct.
- Ensuring that articles are published solely based on their scientific quality and contribution, rather than on commercial grounds.
Ethical Standards for Editors
- Editors are responsible for all published content and must ensure that the article selection process is conducted fairly, objectively, and professionally.
- Editors are not permitted to publish their own articles in journals they manage.
- Editors are required to maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and not misuse unpublished information for personal gain.
- Editors must reject manuscripts that are found to contain plagiarism or other violations of academic ethics.
- Editors are responsible for maintaining transparent communication with authors and reviewers.
Ethical Standards for Reviewers (Mitra Bestari)
- Reviewers assist editors in assessing the scientific quality of manuscripts and recommending acceptance, revision, or rejection.
- Reviewers must provide their assessments objectively, constructively, and promptly, without being influenced by personal or professional relationships.
- Reviewers are prohibited from retaining or distributing the contents of manuscripts under review.
- Reviewers must disclose to the editor any conflicts of interest they may have while reviewing a particular article.
Ethical Standards for Authors
- Authors must guarantee that the submitted article is original work, free from plagiarism, and not currently under consideration for publication in another journal.
- Articles must be written with scientific honesty, present data and information objectively, and cite references appropriately.
- All parties who have made significant contributions to the article must be listed as authors.
- If a substantial error is found in a published article, the author must immediately notify the editor for correction or retraction.
